Returns Policy

House of ZariZirkon (referred as ZariZirkon) takes great pride in the quality of our jewellery. Every piece undergoes thorough inspection before being packed and dispatched. While we ensure safe and secure packaging, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, the same must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

ZariZirkon offers a 5-day return policy for store credit only on items purchased from the ZariZirkon website, mobile site. We do not offer product exchanges. Approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable on future purchases.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You may try on the product, but we request that adequate care is taken to preserve its condition.


STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY

Please follow the steps below to request a return for store credit:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by:

  • Emailing us at support@houseofzarizirkon.com, and
  • WhatsApp us at +91 63669 74532

Please share the following details:

(a) Your order number

(b) Reason for return

(c) Clear images of the product showing tags and original packaging, along with an unboxing video

All return requests will be reviewed and responded to within 24–48 hours.

If approved, a store credit coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued within an additional 48 hours. No replacement product will be shipped. A ₹100 processing and operational fee will be deducted for each item returned.


2. Store Credit Coupon

  • Valid for single use only
  • Non-transferable
  • No expiry, unless otherwise stated

3. Return Shipping

For approved returns, customers must courier the product back in unused condition and original packaging, at their own cost, to the address shared by our support team.

Once dispatched, please share the shipment tracking details on the WhatsApp number mentioned above.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), COD charges are non-refundable.


RETURN POLICY — EXCEPTIONS

The following exceptions apply:

  1. Damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours. All other return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
  2. No returns or store credit will be issued for:
    • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
    • Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery addresses, including PO Boxes
    • Failed deliveries after multiple courier attempts
    • Orders refused at the time of delivery
    • Sizing issues (please review the size guide carefully before ordering)
    • Products returned in used, worn, altered, or damaged condition
    • Minor color, finish, or design variations
  3. Items damaged during transit must have original tags intact to be eligible.
  4. Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  5. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from the House of ZariZirkon website or mobile site.

REFUND POLICY

All approved returns are processed as store credit only.
Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • The shipment is lost in transit, or
  • House of ZariZirkon is unable to issue store credit due to technical or operational reasons.

House of ZariZirkon reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
All decisions made by the brand shall be final and binding.
