We do not accept liability for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or technical issues.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping products to our customers. However, any damage caused during transit after dispatch is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with the same or a similar item, subject to stock availability. Kindly email us at support@houseofzarizirkon.com with clear images of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Requests received after 48 hours from delivery will not be entertained.

MISSED DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the order is not received and is returned to us, re-shipping can be arranged upon request for an additional shipping charge of ₹250.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipping will be processed only after full online payment, including additional shipping charges.
