Shipping policy

House of ZariZirkon is committed to shipping all orders quickly and securely. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. House of ZariZirkon delivers across all serviceable pin codes in India. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe handling and timely delivery of your orders.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking details. In case of any delay in processing or dispatch, we will notify you with updated information.

ORDER TRACKING

After dispatch, tracking details including the Tracking URL and AWB number will be shared via your registered email ID. You can use these details to monitor your shipment in real time.

ORDER DELIVERY TIMELINES(INDIA)

  • Orders dispatched within 24- 48 hours
  • Bengaluru delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Metro cities: Typically 3-5 working days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 working days for ready items
  • International Shipping : 10-15 days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational delays. Customers are advised to track their orders using the tracking details provided.

SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN INDIA

  • Local Delivery: ₹50 for orders below ₹999
  • Other Metro Cities: ₹120 for orders below ₹999
  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Note:

  • COD charges are non-refundable
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added separately

Important Note:

A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery, as OTP-based delivery is followed by our logistics partners. Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in non-delivery. If the order is returned to our warehouse due to this reason, additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer for re-dispatch.

COD CHARGE POLICY

Eligibility:

  • COD available for all the orders between ₹100 to ₹5,000
  • Orders above ₹5,000: Prepaid only (no COD)
  • COD Charges at ₹150

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA)

International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be automatically added at checkout. All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

All product prices and shipping charges displayed on the website exclude import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. Failure to pay customs duties may result in the order being delayed, held, or returned. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted.

GOODS & SERVICES TAX

Max 3% of net payable will be collected from the customer and our prices are all inclusive of GST.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by the delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof, and ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal narcotics/drugs).
